Homebrew Question can exfat cause permanent corruption ?

I started my sd card in exfat, got corrupted games, formatted it to fat32.

My question is, do you think it became permanently corrupted.

I recommend you get your saves, and reinstall anything that doesnt work, if it does work, then dont worry about it, if you get crashes, then redownload.

I believe saves are not on the SD card with the Nintendo Switch. I'm almost certain the saves are stored in the internal storage.
 
what do you mean with permanent? bricked sd card?
no
only that files dont work when you did something.
