Gaming My games freezes :(

Can someone help me with this problem with my psp 3000 please? For some reason, when I try to play Rainbow Six Vegas when the console freezes on the menu, how can I fix this error? and not only happens to me in this game but also in driver 76

have you compressed your games to cso ? maybe download another version/region of the game, set cpu speed to 333 if you are on custom firmware.

Don't play with the USB charger connected unless is using the charging port aka the round yellow one. If you connect using the USB port and then try to play a game the PSP crashes.

have you tried disabling recently installed plugins?

if you set the system to 333mhz, maybe put it back to 222.

if the game is compressed, try uncompressed.

if you removed update data/dummy data, try with an untouched iso.

try game from a different source, might be a bad upload.

also, have you tried a different region version?

I solved Driver 76's problem by compressing it but I tried to do the same with Rainbow Six Vegas and it did not work

Did you compress Rainbow Six Vegas too ? Maybe use maximal 1 or 2 in the compress settings if you use PSX2PSP v.1.4.2.

best full iso runs fine had issues with compression on ridge racer 2 or outrun 2 coast to coast it freeze

Sorry,Links for ISO´s etc. are not allowed due GBAtemp rules.

Google helps maybe.And as i mentioned above the Size of the ISO is about 800MB.

It is difficult to say.I only know the ProMod CFW.I have not tried another because I am very satisifed with this.Until today i have no troubles (except at first with compressing PSX Games,thats an other story. )

If read a lot about CFW on PSP before i do my first Mod and decided for me thats the best CFW.

I do not read something about that any CFWs has trouble with Rainbow Six Vegas.

I tried to uninstall this Cfw to install the pro version of infinity but I could not because I had an error so I think I'm going to settle for this cfw
