I really don't get it at all. When I tried to open AVI video from import media, it won't work. IT nothing happen. I tried with picture, won't work. Other video media, won't work. Maybe problem with W10. I need some help for W10 stuff even with Camtasia. I already know about W7, but W10, it different feature what they have.

Do the .avis play on your system? It sounds like a codec/filter isn't installed. .avi is just a container type so you will need to look at the properties of the file to see what the video and audio streams are encoded in. Usually installing a player like MPC-HC will fix your problems using the media files in other programs — so I would give that a try.

I tried it to play and it work fine. SO I am guessing Camtasia is not support avi, maybe? So I got other program almost same as Camtasia, but work perfectly. It called Filmora Scrn. Have you ever heard of it?
