There is no Gyro control support in this port of Resident Evil 4.
In a few hours*
RE4 also has weird loading times... not as bad as RE0 and the doors tho :vThat's them all out now, Resident Evil, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil 4. Those along with Sniper Elite V2 remake has been a pretty good week for Switch games - I'm pretty happy I bought this little power house :-)
I think even RE1 has bad loading times as well.RE4 also has weird loading times... not as bad as RE0 and the doors tho :v
I know the 3DS era was bad with bans because everyone who didnt disable spotpass, got bannedDon't know if they've done it on Switch, but they definitely did it on 3DS, excuse the shit article.
Loading time for RE4 is perfect. I have it installed to the nandRE4 also has weird loading times... not as bad as RE0 and the doors tho :v
Is bad.. like bad. How come a game that runs from a very fast SD card has slower loading times compared to de disc based versions? It's ridiculous!I know the 3DS era was bad with bans because everyone who didnt disable spotpass, got banned

I'm about to test something. Is bad.. like bad. How come a game that runs from a very fast SD card has slower loading times compared to de disc based versions? It's ridiculous!
Converted to NSP doesn't make a difference. The game still have garbage loading time.I'm about to test something.
I will see if actually installing the eShop version of RE0 makes any difference.
Those loading times are no joke, yet I am seeing some people that don't have as bad loading times in some reviews, like 1-2 secs max compared to original Gamecube.
Hopefully installing the eShop NSP instead of the cart converted NSP does something about the loading times.
Idk what setup you're running but RE4 is almost instant for most areas. I had maybe 1 loading screen that was 2 seconds top. Installed to the nand and sd. Very minor differenceIs bad.. like bad. The NSP that leaked was from the cartridge dump, which is the converted NSP.Converted to NSP doesn't make a difference. The game still have garbage loading time.
XCI contains all the nca's you need to run the game. Eshop NSP will be the same. But if you wanna give it a try then I guess why notThe NSP that leaked was from the cartridge dump, which is the converted NSP.
I want to try out with the eShop NSP, which is supposedly the digital version of the game.
It might not do jackshit, but hey it's worth a try ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm bored anyway, so I might as well try before I attempt a Hard run from scratchXCI contains all the nca's you need to run the game. Eshop NSP will be the same. But if you wanna give it a try then I guess why not
Oof. Let us know how that goes. Looking at livestreams and gameplay rn and it's just everywhere. Long loading for everyone between rooms in the trainI'm bored anyway, so I might as well try before I attempt a Hard run from scratch
Yeah it's really sucky. :/Oof. Let us know how that goes. Looking at livestreams and gameplay rn and it's just everywhere. Long loading for everyone between rooms in the train
Good luck on the run. So far RE4 runs perfectly. Yet so confusing why the loading is bad for both 1 and 0. Overclock update needs to come alreadyYeah it's really sucky. :/
That's why I want to at least attempt it, before I go full-on into the game.
Zero has a weird ambience for me, where I need to be in a very specific mood to play it thoroughly, and I need to make sure I can get the best experience before I even attempt the Leech Hunter 100% run.
And oh boy is that thing a pain in the ass.
RE$ works wonderfully for me as well.Good luck on the run. So far RE4 runs perfectly. Yet so confusing why the loading is bad for both 1 and 0. Overclock update needs to come already
