ref00d says otherwise.......

What it does:
It allows you to run modules such as games or system apps that require a FW different from your own. This includes thing such as 3.69 games or 3.51 apps.

I am familiar with ref00d. Never installed it though. I never saw the need to as I thought back then that the 3.70 HENkaku would render it obsolete.

Hi everyone,
I've installed Enso ex on my 3.60 Vita (freshly downgraded), and I've activated SD2Vita plugin without having done a backup before (very dumb of me I admit).
So here is the situation : no access to my 4 GB Vita card (which is logical), and my 64 GB MicroSD Card is not recognized when inserted into my SD2Vita Adapter (6.0 version).
What can I do, considering the fact that I don't have any access to VitaShell anymore (if there's something to do other than burying my Vita, obviously) ?
Thanks a lot for any help !

Really don't get it why people bother with Enso Ex, that thing isn't needed, just use regular Enso. Disable your plugin by holding down L when it is booting and point SD2Vita as your ux0.

Thanks for your answer, but I've already tried that and it doesn't work (holding down L seems ineffective in my situation).

It is gonna be hard to get it to work unless there is something wrong with the SD2vita Adapter, I remember V3 to V5 has various problem, did you copy file from the original ux0 to the micro SD before setting the SD2vita as ux0?

That is my main problem I suppose, as I said I didn't copy any file from the original ux0 to the microSD because I didn't make a backup (I was installing Enso ex and it asked if I want to activate SD2Vita (I dumbly selected yes).

Without the SD2Vita Adapter, it goes to the Homemenu (asking to format the sony memory card, which is expected).
Quite logical too, Henkaku is active (according to the system settings).

Well if you can't disable your plugins, then your other option is since you are on 3.60, you can just rerun the henkaku url and get access to molecular shell, and then flip what is pointed to ux0, so it is alright to wipe the sony memory card, take out the SD2vita before doing it.

Good idea thanks, I'll try that and tell you if it works.

Getting c2-12828-1 error again and again, despite rebooting, cleaning cookies and rebuilding the database.

I managed to rerun henkaku, but that didn't help (please see the picture).
Is reinstalling the firmware an appropriate solution in order to erase the SD2Vita plugin ?
If so, will I still be able to run Henkaku ?
Any risk of brick in this particular situation ?
Thanks a lot.

As long you don't reinstall firmware with enso active then you should be fine, not sure about enso ex as I never used that I only used regular enso that is below.

https://github.com/henkaku/enso/releases

Based on the picture you posted, looks like you can press R1 to force it to reinstall Henkaku and molecular shell, as it look like you have the ux0 set up as SD2vita but with no file on it.

Already pressed R1 to reinstall Henkaku, and it didn't change anything.
You say as long I don't reinstall with enso active, considering my Henkaku installation is permanent, what should I do to be sure that enso is not active when reinstalling ?
Thanks again.

As long you don't flash firmware file with enso active then it is fine, if you were to update firmware then you need to uninstall enso first.

OK, sorry but what I don't understand is if enso is currently active on my Vita (henkaku automatically running at the start-up).

Meaning enso is installed on the system , when you turn on the system you see the enso logo meaning it is active, try clearing your browser data and cache and redo the henkaku setup, R1 is for override when it doesn't want to load it normally.

Worse case you can do a factory reset, not a firmware update by the way.

Well, let's go for a factory reset, some news soon.

After a factory reset, no more Henkaku settings, 3.65 in system settings, and memory card still undetected.
