Hacking online at all??

Hello, so i want to purchase a switch and i aint too bothered for online play but i know my so will want to play fortnite on it so my question is... is if i use fusee gelee then would i still be able to access online if i dont apply the fusee gelee exploit? I might be misunderstanding everything.

Fortnite is a free game, runs on it's own servers and does not require switch online membership subscription

Yes Fortnite is a free game so you can just download it off the eshop and play it NO CFW needed

If you get banned, no you can't play fortnite. I know. My hacked switch is banned.

There's always a possibility of getting banned playing a hacked switch online, but the new emunand solution being worked on sounds like it'd be right up your alley

If you install pirated games from NSP files, then you will almost certainly be banned from all online play on your Switch, making it so you cannot play Fortnite on your Switch. If you only plan on using homebrew, your risk of being banned is less, but it's not zero.

Wait for emuNAND to be released, which will mitigate these problems.

He can do download Fortnite from the shop, but using cfw for nsp and homebrew will definitely get you banned. And I don't think using DNS/Incognito will work around as I see Nintendo can restrict you from playing Fortnite(Weird since the game run on it's own servers), and probably making connection to Ninty servers before connecting to epic servers

Restoring a NAND from before a Switch was banned will not unban the Switch. Backing up a NAND from before any hacks, using the Switch exclusively offline when using it for homebrew and piracy, and then restoring the old NAND before going online will work, but emuNAND will be a lot more convenient.

Wait for free emunand or get TX SX OS and setup emunand now

And if i follow this guide will i be safe and not banned for when Emunand gets released with one of the free CFW?

No, Nintendo will detect modification to the system and will ban you. Even though the game is running off Epic Games’ servers, the connection still passes through Nintendo authentication servers, which will not allow a banned Switch to pass through. It really sucks because I want to overclock the Switch so I can at least get a solid 30 FPS in Fortnite but I guess I have to wait for the Boost Mode.p to finally become a thing,
