Hacking Question RCMX86 flashing/usage?

So I havent soldered this in yet, but the instructions on AliExpress are super bare.
Basically, once I solder this on, what am I meant to do?
I want to exclusively boot atmosphere. Do I need to flash a payload onto it?

I already ordered and received the RCMX86 days ago, didnt go to Trinket M0 because of the extra work having to remove the USB and LED
