Edit:

I've made the files myself and am sharing it below:

(Unfortunately the board isn't allowing me to post links)

How to use:
  1. Download the archive
  2. Extract to your SD card
  3. Ensure you've placed the files in the correct place; you should have both YGO_DATA.dat and YGO_DATA.toc under SD:\atmosphere\titles\010022400BE5A000\romfs\
  4. Run the game
  5. Play a single-player match
  6. Select a user deck
  7. Win by default as the computer can't draw any cards

For anyone using atmosphere, is there a way to load the game without the moo enabled without having to manually delete or move it from titles?

Kinda surprised that there isn't a simple cheat that has auto win or at least make the cpu have 1 card left in the deck. But this will do fine.
I am also interested in custom deck sleeves but the extracted rom links provided need to be in Mega, GDrive, or Zippy most of us aren't Chinese

If it's anything like the PC version of the old game replace everything in decks.zib with an empty file with the same name then no ai will have a deck and you'll insta-win.

Once I download the files have adjusted my tools I will give a more conclusive answer on what we can do and hopefully get the motivation to make an actual deck editing program :).
