Hacking Question Access to eShop without updating Firmware?

Is there any way to access eShop without updating the firmware (I'm currenly on 6.2)?
I really want to get a certain game, but I can't buy the physical copy from where I am right now (literally, the nearest game store is 6 hours away and none of the game shops do shipping to my area T_T).

Why not just update to 7.0.1 . ipatched console?

afaik using the eshop on older system versions isn't possible

You can dump your cert files and use them with the nxtool downloader (I don't know the exact name)

You can access the eshop and buy games through PC/browser. You just can't download and play it.
