  • Nintendo DMCA'd them.

  • TX took the money and ran .

  • TX was loosing money because of ATMOS so they couldn't afford to pay their bills.

  • Standard TX hate comment.

"In your position that should not be acceptable" every single person on this planet is bias.
You're like a bad rash lol just won't go away. You don't need to echo anybody, people can speak for themselves.

So what's going to happen when they bring another site up and continue to support sxos? I guess it'll be pretty quiet, until more false accusations are spread around like wildfire.

Since you seem to be affiliated, do you have any updates or further information of what may be happening?

I don't believe that there is any evidence (yet?) of any "raiding" claims. However, why do you (and GaryOPA) continue to claim that this is simply a "server migration?" As has been pointed out in this thread (not just in that post, either), this is clearly not true.

They have locked their domains at the current registrar and are transferring the domains and moving the sites to a new server. The temporary domains are just that and service will be fully restored at the original ones once the process is complete.

But what server migration takes over 48 hours? I'm trying to find logic in it, but I just don't.

Why the disorderly chaos, and why then is there a clientHold status on their domain meaning either:
  • Haven't paid (unlikely, renewal isn't up)
  • Legal disputes
  • Plan for deletion
Not to mention that they still have the follow statuses on their domains of:
These statuses prove that they haven't even taken the first step to transfer anything. The locks are still on place, which are necessary to be removed when transferring. Not to mention it literally says it's suspended...

ahem. (assumes the usual anal retentive mansplaining voice, oh so common on these forums).. but Technically even if the original servers had been closed and the domain seized, then setting up another DNS and a temp site IS a server migration.

Isnt that an odd statement to make on a strictly text based forum? I understand similes as much as the next guy but that seems oddly specific and out of place.

Continue building your own narrative then.

There's no narrative I am building. I am looking directly at the non-disputable statuses on the domains. And you seem to refuse to answer my questions or explain them.

Nobody is obligated to explain anything to you. It has been made clear that any statements will be dissected and used to further drive conspiracies. So don't hold your breath for any more details.

Perhaps not me, but certainly to their customers.

There is a public statement for everyone to read.

There is a temp website set up to handle licensing.

This is fishing for drama.

Not to mention the tx discord server is there for customer support too. All bases are covered, but I appreciate your concern.

Whats the discord server?

Whats the discord server?

I would love to share the link here but this place doesn't like TX and has decided to delete any comments with links to TX stuff. (but it's cool to go on for pages talking about TX) I guess that means you can either google it, pm me, or ask around. Someone will share it with you if you need help.
