What do you think happened most likely?

  • Nintendo DMCA'd them.

  • TX took the money and ran .

  • TX was loosing money because of ATMOS so they couldn't afford to pay their bills.

  • Standard TX hate comment.

What's truly amazing with all the people looking for a life here, is that when sceners give you drama (like Atmo with all their internal fights), mega drama follows here. When team don't give you anything beside a product (TX), mega drama follows here. In any case, any situation, it just ends up in big drama here.
GBAtemp became the official drama queen forums of the world :)
It's about a team selling a product and not letting anyone know what's up. Towards their customers that is scummy and disrespectful. Whenever something big happens a company as they call themselves should atleast let customers know prior to it happening. The way they handled it isn't professional at all. If it was a product that was free then there wouldn't be any problem whatsoever but when it is something you paid for than the least you could do is let people know what they're planning to do. Was an update prior to the site going down that hard to do ? No it shows they mostly only care about money coming and not about existing customers. It ain't about drama, it's calling that behaviour out, especially when your name isn't that great to begin with already.

I'd rather not go through the work of cross referencing SX OS updates with broken emuNANDs right before I have to go to work. I'll let you do it.

My original point was that, without TX, emuNAND likely won't last after a major Switch update if one wants to keep his or her sysNAND up to date.
Ok then, so you base your “usually” on a one time occurance where emunand was broken. I would say that is a flawed point to make.

So it's hosted on the Max-cheats and Rebug server at the moment?

EDIT: And on a special bank for NFC backups.

Don’t even bother with him. He will start claiming that he has “facts” when all he is saying is something with a 1/1000 chance of happening.

EmuNAND has been broken more than one time. The solution often coincided with full CFW support from TX.

It also only takes the latest time to suggest emuNAND will be broken in the future without TX around to provide updates.

I find it hilarious that so many people here hate TX, then when TX website goes down, they hate that it's down, then hate that TX people come here with an explanation, hate on that person and call them a liar, then pretend to be detectives and attorneys and make up and spread speculation and lies about TX while calling other people liars.

It's really quite amazing how screwed up this community is.

Once the domain is back online and everything is back in working order, instead of being satisfied, you trolls will still demand explanations and come up with conspiracies and MORE speculations on what happened. Then you will dive even further into frustration when you don't get an official 3 page essay explaining the situation. I will be here reading the comments laughing at all the twisted stories you come up with as usual.

Keep it up guys. It's great entertainment! :yay:

The domain seizure hypothesis is a FAR more likely explanation, since their new "temporary" address was only created today. Hardly a planned migration. Note it is NOT a .com address.

WhoIs info:

Domain Name: team-xecuter.rocks
Creation Date: 2019-04-04T03:39:00Z

Occam's Razor suggests a more convoluted explanation is less likely to be true.

Keep reading things like professional and company. I paid, so I demand costumer support. Jesus. Do you realise u paid for an illegal product?!? It's like when u buy drugs to youre drug dealer. U pay, u get the product. Enjoy. If u finish your shit and the drug dealer is caught by the law, change the drug dealer. Don't expect "professional" costumer support.

The temp site is up but you upload your request file and it generates a license file. (Yay time to celebrate right?) Nope! now I just get a message saying this license is not for this console. So NO you can NOT activate your license on their temp website. The drama continues...

Really hope it isn't a domain seizure, or something as serious. At least whatever it is I hope it's temporary.

Except uh... we're not really doing that. The ICANN stuff was found on page 1. Gary's response was on page 3. People realised that Gary was selling them a bunch of horseshit. People are calling out Gary on his horseshit. People stick up for Gary's horseshit.

Then a much more likely reason comes to light with some evidence attached to it that makes sense given what we already know about Xecuters members. It's a case of connecting the dots until you have a line, but then someone else comes along and tries to make other dots with a red pen that lead you back to your starting point.

Tldr; TXs statement is inconsistent with the truth. That makes them liars.

Just to note, that's only possible if they have a legal warrant, pretty sure that WHOIS Guard is a legal requirement nowadays, at least in the EU (which makes it extend to all registrars,)

I tried looking a few pages in and a pages back but didn't see anyone post this, (granted i didn't try that hard but figured it might shed some light) but Nintendo did file a DMCA on SX threw google, I have a link to it but can't post on this new account (forgot my other account info)
