Yes. All of this discussion is via mupenplus maintained by m4xw, as a part of retroarch, all running in horizon.

Mr Homebrew has a homebrew pack ready to go as a download link on his youtube channel. I suggest downloading it and replacing your retroarch folder.

Thanks to everyone for all of the feedback. Still an absolute puzzle to me why the GBAtemp community has moments in which individuals think negativity/one upping others is how this forum was designed but alas I can say that after reading the POSITIVE feedback, I will compile a thread that should explain the most recent changes and compile what it would take to run most games at a constant 60fps. Again thanks everyone! All I wanted to do was get more eyeballs to read that N64 emulation is running amazing. I'll leave it to GBAtemp to determine the fate of this post!

Im going to guess that all the negative feedback is because this thread was interpreted as: OP has information but wont share it unless he had hard proof that the community will beg him to share it.

Not to mention the misleading title.

Those things aside, ofcourse i would like your guide/instructions but i would have appreciated it more if you didnt waste a thread by asking me if i wanted it but instead just shared it with us originally.
