Oh I see, so it's Doom 3 specific code then, thanks for clarifyingThe gamepad stuff uses leftover joystick code from Doom 3, so it won't be the same for Doom 64 EX.
Here's a test build, but I wanted to fix some other issues before making a release.
sometimes after loading a map your gun viewmodel will disappear, this is fixed by going into Options -> Game Options and toggling Show Gun Model off and back on, I have no idea why this happens at all;
Awesome, works perfectly, thank you !!! BTW, do you have an NSP forwarder for the "Resurrection of Evil" expansion? I'll be grateful eternallyFinally I got this to work using an NSP forwarder - I've attached it if anyone wants to try it.
get the Nro2Nsp software and make whatever forwarders you want yourself... it's that easyAwesome, works perfectly, thank you !!! BTW, do you have an NSP forwarder for the "Resurrection of Evil" expansion? I'll be grateful eternally![]()
Yep, I've tried that before... but when launching, it just crashes due to unspecified error. I'm currently on 7.0.1 (AMS 0.9.2) FW, so I think i'ts something with the prod.keys file extraction... Thoughts?get the Nro2Nsp software and make whatever forwarders you want yourself... it's that easy
Nevermind, it was an ES & FS patches issue in my SD card, so it's done... thanks for the helpYep, I've tried that before... but when launching, it just crashes due to unspecified error. I'm currently on 7.0.1 (AMS 0.9.2) FW, so I think i'ts something with the prod.keys file extraction... Thoughts?
my guess is it's probably just doom 3 with the expansions, without doom1/2 since they sell those seperately.Bethesda is too slow.
I do wonder whether that is just Doom 3 BFG or not though.
very unexpected to see official doom 3 port, thanks for the infoAn official port of Doom 3 is hitting the Switch later today (along with Doom and Doom 2) if anyone is interested.

It's only a one time thing afaict /shrugKeep in mind that those doom games require online activation via DRM now through Bethesda... just when you thought they couldn't sink any lower.
For those of us who can't connect online with our switch because we used homebrew or don't want to be tracked by Bethesda, that's a big deal.It's only a one time thing afaict /shrug
