Hacking Switching from sxos to Atmosphere

I'm attempting to switch from sxos to Atmosphere and in the main it's fine. BUT some installed games, which work perfectly in sxos, don't in atmosphere.
I get an error saying "Could not start software. Please try again from the HOME Menu", I've installed the patches from https://gbatemp.net/threads/i-heard-that-you-guys-need-some-sweet-patches-for-atmosphere.521164/ but the error is the same.

I'm on fw6.2.0 (up from 5.1 using choixdujour)

Has anyone got any idea as to why this is happening? I really don't want to have to install everything on the card again if I can help it!

Sounds like you didn't install the ES and FS patches properly. Give us a peak at your Atmosphere folder to ensure they were copied correctly.
