Hacking FBI Gone After Update to 11.9

Hi guys. I'm trying to install bootntr selector on my O3ds but failed miserably. So I decided to update everything in my 3ds to see if this somehow works for me. So I updated Luma to the latest version, 9.1, the firmware to 11.9, B9Stoo.

But, when I updated to 11.9, my FBI app was gone. So I cant install any CIAs anymore to test if bootntr selector is going to work.

I screwed everything? Can I install FBI again? I dont have a homebrew launcher either.

I think the tutorials you put here is the same. I already tried this yesterday.

When I "Switch the hb. title to the current app" and then reopen the App, the 3ds freezes with a black screen and only turn off by accessing rosalina menu.

Any ideas?

Take it from here. Put it on the root of your SD card.

Lol ninja'd by OP. As for FBI, here is the .cia. Install it with FBI.3dsx and you're set.

Regarding the fact that I didnt know if the file 'boot.3dsx' in my SD card was the correct, I ended up in this topic of this forum (cant paste the link since i'm a new member) that made me download the correct 'boot.3dsx'. Thanks @emuashui and @BaamAlex.

One more question, if I may, how can I put the FBI icon back in the home menu instead of opening in the HBL?

@NFates that was the one I took, thanks.

You launch fbi.3dsx from HBL, then navigate to wherever you put fbi.cia, install it. That then gives you an icon on the home screen.
