I'm running 7.0.1, could I load CFW if I can
and how safe is it? like what is the likelihood of my account getting banned or getting the system bricked?

7.x support isnt out yet, I give it another day or two at the minimum. As for getting banned, you use cfw you run that risk, even if your safe about it.

Bricks? As long as you backup your nand, boot, biskeys and prodinfo, you can recover from basically any brick

Atmosphere 0.8.4 released a few hours ago now, with support for 7.0.0 and 7.0.1, however the sigpatches haven't been updated for game yet, but cfw is now bootable and homebrew apps work

you can check if it's exploitable by Fusee Gelee here. If that works you can use cfw

Sigpatches are what enabled you to play backup games

Probably a good idea XD

when someone gets around to it, no idea how active they are anymore, so it may take a little time for that to happen
but the sig patches are only for atmosphere, reinx has them by default but that isn't updated yet lol

Yep, that means it's perfectly fine to run the cfw

what you can do if you wanted is use the new atmosphere+choidujourNX to downgrade to 6.2 then use either reinx or atmosphere+sigpatches to play game backups

Ofc you need to know that if you downgrade, then OFW will have broken sleep mode and it will work only in CFW. And there is a risk in brick if you do something wrong. We have working atm, then better just wait couple days. It's not worth messing with NAND for now.

no, just means you can't access ofw normally and sleep mode is broken.

download atmosphere 0.8.4
extract the contents of the zip to your sd card
enter RCM
push the fusee-primary payload

pretty much, the hardest part is entering RCM

for pushing the payload I recommend tegrarcmgui if your on windows
