i booted into hekate, now im doing backup of boot 0/1 and rawnand.bin

i also checked my fuses i have 9 fuse burnt

You can’t since when you downgrade you still have 9 burnt fuses and the switch will panic.

I know this question should be answered before so as a noob I put it there to be safe.

What is the best solution at the moment if:

1. I don't want to get banned - because of only one game - Diablo 3 to be able to play it (if anyone has information if it can still be played online when banned let me know).
2. I have a new Switch with the newest firmware. (don't ask what one, because it's not arrived jet LOL)
3. I want to play xci and nsp
4. I want to be free of big hardware (PC, phone, ...)
5. I want to have access to more than 10 games without really investing time to switch them (<1 minute)
6. I have no problem at all to pay for any dongle or hardware on the market (because games are much more expensive in the long run!)

What combination of Dongle/Software/solution is the best and easiest right now that works on a brand new Switch?

it depends if your unit is ipatched or not i think
if not you can try cfw when it's available for latest firmware
and if you run games (xci nsp) you have a risk of ban anyway

If you don't mind, I've read your case (lol) and can take over where Player^^ left off. READ THE WHOLE THING BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE

1. No, you don't want to use restore gpp partition. You'll need to use the "full" restore options. That is restore eMMC Raw GPP, aswell as eMMC boot0/1. But you'll need to do a couple of things first.

2. Your nand backup has been backed up in parts "full.01.bin, full.02.bin" etc. You need to combine these files together to create a complete "rawnand.bin" file, using either the joiner script provided here https://github.com/CTCaer/hekate/releases/tag/v4.6 (scroll down) or a file joiner program such as this: https://www.igorware.com/file-joiner.

3. You then place both the "rawnand.bin" file and the boot files under /sd/backup/<serial number>/restore and use both options under "Full" restore in Hekate. However...

4. You need an SD card formatted as exFAT to do this. This is just me guessing, but since your SD Card dumped your Nand in parts, your SD card is either formatted as fat32 or is too small to contain the entire rawnand.bin file, which is 29.1GB large. If you have a SD Card that is atleast 32GB, you can format it to exfat using the windows format tool (if it isn't already exfat) and then place the files on the SD Card and go ahead with the restore.

That should cover up just about everything. Any questions, feel free to ask

Unless you format your console, your saves will be intact before and after you start using SX OS.

i have since then a bigger sd card formated in exfat (400gigs), i'll try getting those files together with the joiner script. Thanks for the help. i have yet to see what firmware it will bring me in lol
is it a problem if i never used choidujour to update my switch ( 9burnt fuses)

The battery de-sync issue is an extremely old one, before even CFW came out for the Switch. Its already been fixed and the de-sync fix is integrated into Hekate.

I think I worded that poorly. What I meant was Hekate has a battery de-sync function integrated into it. Linux has also been updated to not suffer from the battery de-sync anymore.
