so i didnt more reserach and until i found out i needed FBI installer to install cia, games least that what i understand, so i tried installing FBI, but would only freeze on yellow, screen did this more than 10x already.

so i tried another tutorial that showed more stuff to install like frogtools etc., but because i already have a Custom firmware installed most of the things that needed to be installed wont install like the b9stools and the rosalina menu wont open

what would you advice me to do so i can install games?

I think this is what you are looking for:

https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

From reading your text, it sounds like you only need some parts of "Section I", "Section III" and "Section IV"

But being honest to you, I would recommend to checkout this whole tutorial on 3ds.hacks.guide, since it is always dangerous to follow video tutorials (I didn't watch your videos that you posted), because they might missing something, but also 3ds.hacks.guide is surely sure to use and to follow.

Wow, someone who used both Jack Sorrell and sthetix video tutorials.

Lesson 1
Don't watch video tutorials whenever possible. They're often outdated, wrong, or missing crucial details.

Lesson 2
Always refer to:
Lesson 3
With lessons 1 + 2 in mind, watching a relevant video tutorial should only be used as visual aid. If there are conflicting information, the hacks guide facts take precedent over the video.

***

I normally would share a YouTube clip in how to use Homebrew Launcher for those who get stuck injecting with Rosalina menu. However, since I want you to take those above three lessons to heart, I will not link it this time.

hi, at number 4 i need to ask where do i get this?? <serialnumber>_sysnand_###.bin??

Restoring a NAND Backup

  1. Launch GodMode9 by holding (Start) during boot
  2. Hold (R) and press (B) at the same time to eject your SD card
  3. Insert your SD card into your computer
  4. Copy <date>_<serialnumber>_sysnand_###.bin from your computer to the /gm9/out/ folder on your SD card

Why are you following GodMode9 Usage? @FrostFusionHero pointed you to Finalizing Setup.

Your System Setting states Sys 11.9.0-42E, so that means you have Luma3DS custom firmware.

To use Homebrew Launcher, you must launch a system title like Download Play or AR Games. While in that title, you press the button combos (L)-shoulder + (Down) d-pad + (Select) buttons to bring up Rosalina menuMiscellaneous options... → Switch the hb. title to hblauncher_loader. Press (HOME) button and ☒ Close to exit out that title. Launch that title again and you should have Homebrew Launcher pop up.

Repeat the process in a different system title or at HOME Menu to exchange or remove the injection. Save settings will make the changes persistent.

normally i would offer advice (for fun) but this looks like a headache . . . why on earth would you follow a video guide that did not work and then another and then another . . . Einstein defined insanity as trying the same thing over and over again expecting a different result . . . anyway at this point you should not be proceeding with troubleshooting on your own
i actually did those yesterday and that part was the only thing i didnt not understand and did not do Restoring a NAND Backup that had the links in the finalizing setup
i think my problem is i dont have boot9strap,
please tell us when you have an issue, blindly troubleshooting things with methods like restoring nand backups can complicate things for everyone involved
i think my problem is i dont have boot9strap,
thats why you are trying to restore a nand backup ... there are simple ways to test for b9s ... boot your console while holding "start" what happens . . . boot while holding "select" what happens ... also post a pic of your sd cards root directory

I wish I understood why (very) young folks find it so hard to follow text tutorials. YouTube sucks, YouTube cultures sucks, Tech YouTube sucks even more....text is easy. You just read it and do what it says. Why is that harder than watching a video and doing what the video says? Just have Windows Narrator read 3DS.Guide. Boom, you have a YouTube video.

Push and hold the keys. You are doing it wrong. Launch into the Download Play application. Press and hold each key. Left bumper. D-Pad DOWN. Select button. Press and hold each.

If you are doing it right, it would activate. It's not possible for what you describe to be the case. You are running Luma if you see SYS <version> in settings. Luma has Rosalina. Do the button combo again. Left trigger at the top of the system. Press and hold. Down button on the D-Pad. Press and hold. Select Button. Press and hold.

You must be pressing and holding all three buttons.

actually i have seen people fail at this but have it work if/when they attempt to activate rosalina using a different app like health and safety ...
If you are doing it right, it would activate.
but generally you are correct thats why i gave him instructions to open luma settings (so we can make sure he truly has it . . . he started with old video guides they may have pointed him to outdated versions of luma)
