PC Dreamcast emulators wont run some games?

No matter what emulator i download and what settings i try, the emulator will only run 3 games (sonic adventure and sonic shuffle and marvel vs capcom) they are all cdi.

Every other image the emulator recognizes as audio cd with no tracks, and on start press it said no disc...

Any ideas?

any windows DC emulator but im interested in demul, i believe its the best working.

But anyway, i found a solution.
As for your question, Only sonic games worked (shuffle and adventure is ones i tried), but now they all work.

i guess i needed properly ripped DC cdi's. So I tried with GDI (since they are 1:1 copies) first and it worked, but since they are to big i found several websites with cdi files and only one website has proper ripps of cdi.

So if anyone has problems with loading cdi's with emulators and don't want to use gdi's since they are bigger and not so compact like one file cdi. I like compact files vs folder with many files

Demul is pretty outdated, no? Reicast, ReDream are far more up to date methinks.

I agree with the_randomizer. I still think demul is useful for Naomi arcade games but these days my go to DC emulator is Redream.

Redream cant work for me, and it crashes on path searching.

I tried all and demul seems to work flawlesly.

if you have any suggestions on how to play on other emulators id gladly listen, but regarding my original post, those cdi's dont work in those emulators also.

Well not really, last update was 11 november 2017 thats not so old... i mean it works pretty well. almost like native console.

There is no reicast for PC and redream is broken. I only use nullDC and Demul.
