Hacking Can't load games, black screen when try to load

So, like the title says I can't load any game with any loader.
When I try to load any game from my pen USB, either PAL or NTSC, the screen stays black for some sconds and then shows a screen with this text:

"An error has occurred. Press the Eject Button and remove the disc, then turn the Wii console off and refer to the Wii Operations Manual doe help troubleshooting."​

I'll try to write here everything needed for you to help me.
I hacked my Wii one year ago but didn't worked very well and gave up. Now I tried again with Modmii. It worked ok but I changed one thing. IOS249 and IOS250 had the version d2x-v8 and I used d2x cIOS Installer (following Wii Guide) to install the version d2x-v10beta52. It's the only thing that I changed.
I tried to install RiiConnect24 (following Wii Guide) but it's not working to me. Anyway I think this doesn't have anything to do with this problem.
The version of The Homebrew Channel is 1.1.2 and it's using IOS58 v24.32.

I installed 3 USB loaders:
- USB Loader GX, with the version 3.0 Rev.1271, it's using IOS250(Rev 65535)
- WiiFlow, with the version 4.2.1, it's using IOS250
- Configurable USB Loader with the version 70r65
Because I've been browsing a lot of posts and messages, I changed some things on my loaders to fix, with no success, but now I reseted them.

Other things I checked:
- Tried another pen USB with the same games (I'm almost sure the games are not corrupt because the place where I got them are different and I always use Wii Backup Manager to transfer from PC to USB).
- Always load the loaders with HC and not with the forwarder channels.
- Formatted USB's multiple times in FAT32 and without partitions, scanned for errors in Windows.

- Monopoly Streets NTSC
- Monopoly Collections PAL
- Monopoly PAL
- Super Mario Galaxy NTSC
- Super Mario Galaxy 2 NTSC

Should I try substitute the pen USB with a HDD? Should I try formatting my pen USB in WBFS format?

if by pen usb, you mean a usb stick, then this may be the problem. it is way better to use a hard drive. the usb sticks dont work well witth the wii.

Yes, USB stick. (I knew pen USB was not a good expression...)
I've read on a few threads that USB sticks could not work well with Wii but I've seen too people that use USB stick and were working correctly.
I don't have right now an HDD but I'll try with it when I get an HDD specifically for my games.

Edit: Imagine if the problem is not the USB stick, what else can be the problem here?

Maybe the games, if you have a pc try them in dolphin ( Wii & GC emulator )

Try to force pal60 for your ntsc games even though I am not sure it will do something

Try to format your USB stick to wbfs ( wii backup file system ) it may help

Just an update.
I still don't have an HDD to use, but I tried what you said.
The games on Dolphin work correctly, force PAL60 for NTSC and format USB stick to wbfs didn't help.

so 2 options :
1- HDD needed to work
2- damage on hardware, like damaged usb port
