Hacking Question interesting delete NSPs without NAND Backup idea

I dont know if anybody had this idea before me, but heres my question.

Everybody should know that every Device has a restore to factory button like the Switch
what happends if I press that with installed NSPs. These will be deleted and will Nintendo
detect that I have NSPs installed before that? I asked a Friend and he hasnt got a answer of that.
Now I ask you.
 
Yes. Telemetry of the games still stay in the console. Like how many hours you played, what you recently played etc... so even if you factory restore and connect online, that information will go to nintendo...cause well data collection

Now I ask you.

Yes, Nintendo will detect if you conect the device to the internet since a lot of the changes made in the CFW is around patching the kernel itself (the basic stuff on the OS, basically). The error logs are kept as well, something Nintendo checks when connecting to the internet.
The factory reset function is not a complete reset of the system and more of a soft reset of it, keeping a lot of modified system files intact.
