hello I have a question to ask you. I have a micro sd 256go but when I go on data management of the nintendo switch and later I go on sx install available and different memory.

which memories is true?

which memories is true?

Maybe both, maybe neither. It depends on what they are showing.

For example. A 256gb card is 256,000,000,000 bytes because the manufactures use powers of tens. But Windows still shows storage space based on powers of 2, meaning the 256gb card will show up as 238gb.

It may be that, or something else that means it shows up differently.
 
Have you tested your card yet? Sometimes fraudulent SD cards are sold which aren't as large as they claim to be, and that can cause conflicts between reported/actual size.

Seller was directly Amazon, or a third-party seller? If third-party, it might be a fake card, as you don't know who supplied the cards to the seller. Amazon for sure gets the cards directly from Samsung.
