I linked it when LG came out and so far it didn't affect my Go account. That's not to say that it's totally safe, but I haven't heard of Go accounts getting banned because of that.

Btw, I only need a Growlithe to complete my Dex. Got a load of Meltan, two PBPlus Mew and pretty much anything else you could ask for.
