there are a lot of people who use online that haven't been banned. I use my own XCI backups with certs and haven't had any problems. I think having purchased some things from the eshop helps but i have no idea.

If someone made an XCL loader for Atmosphere I wouldn't be using SX OS.

This same here. But if wouldn't, maybe 3.0 version finally convince me to buy.

Yup same here, using online quite often since the first batch of SX Pro and before this 6.2 update ofc. Also I've always updated the games.
Still not banned, I did buy a couple of titles from eshop in the recent past...
