Hacking Luigi's Mansion 1 won't run

Hi guys, my friend has a new N3DS running on FW 11.0.0-33U A9LH and Luma 6.0 (yeah, I know it's pretty outdated ) and he tried to install and play Luigi's Mansion 1 but it stays on the 3ds logo. Can anyone tell me please how to fix it so he can play the game? Thank You.

Update the n3DS with Luma3DS v9.1, GodMode9 v1.7.1, and boot9strap v1.3 on both SD card and CTRNAND:

• A9LH to B9S

While connected online,

• FBI → Titles → Luigi's Mansion → Import Seed
