[SOLVED]

I was able to launch my games again. There were two solutions for my issue.

1.) Use ReiNX 1.7.1 allowed all my games to work after it checked for "Corruption" said there was no corruption, and game launched.
2.) Re-Converted my XCI dumps with the latest 4nxci to NSP and install. Game now working again.

From what I read it looks like ReiNX can support launching games using NSP's converted with an older version of 4nxci, where Atmosphere can not.

Original Post

Good Evening,

I just used ChoiDujourNX to update from 5.1.0 (exFAT) to 6.1.0 (exFAT) with AutoRCM enabled. The update went successful. I am now facing two potential issues;

1.) Loading games gives the following error "Corrupted save data has been detected. Please run a check for corrupted save data." I run the Check and it tells me there is issues with the MicroSD card.
ETA: Doing same with RetroArch (when launched from Horizon
ETA2: Can run RetroArch from Homebrew Menu.
ETA3: Updated to current Atmosphere - RetroArch works now but my physical cart dumps I made of MegaMan 11 and Super Mario Party fail to launch.

2.) A Controller update is available. Not sure I want to do this. The original FW from this device is 1.0.0. I have only 1 FUSE burned. I went from 1.0.0 to 5.1.0 w/o burning FUSES. Now I have gone from 5.1.0 to 6.1.0. Can anyone lend me a hand on this?

PS> Running ReiNX payload, not sure if that helps.

Well not I am not sure what is going on. My Switch is off, and I can't seem to turn it back on. It's in AutoRCM mode. It has 80% battery from about 10 minutes ago. I've tried booting with the SX Dongle and attached to the PC. Neither is picking anything up.

It may have gone to "Sleep" mode...Not sure what to do here...

Try charging your dongle. It may be flat

Got that part working. Held the PWR button for 15 seconds. Not sure whats wrong with my games. Going to redump MegaMan 11 cart now and try re-installing first.

As an aside, is it safe to boot SXOS from the dongle now without fear of burning FUSES?

I had an issue where when my switch started it wouldn't turn on.
After resetting it burnt my fuses.
To be honest i dont care about fuses as the latest firmware can be hacked.

Still stuck here...MegaMan 11 will launch from the cart. When I dump it, then install it I get an error that says Unable to start software. Return to the HOME Menu and try again.

Try another game. Like a back up

I've tried that too. It's hit or miss on the games. Some of the eShop ones work, some of my other backups work. Is there something else I'm supposed to do when updating firmware from 5.1.0 to 6.1.0. Do I need to get my keys again or something? I'm at a loss here.

Upon further investigation it seems all my cart dumps are no good. Only eShop titles work.

I bet you're running retroarch with a exfat formatted SD card. Using retroarch with exfat will corrupt the SD card. I had the exact same issue before I found out. Reformatted my card and started over 3 times before I realized retroarch with exfat was causing it.

I am. However RetroArch works and eShop titles work. Everything works except for XCI dumps converted NSP to install.

Is this how your problem presented itself? I just find it odd and a little coincidental it happened right after I flashed 6.1.0.

Why dont you run them as xci files?

Time consuming I guess? I dumped my carts with gcdump converted to NSP and installed them to SDcard when I first setup my Switch.

It's possible I can do that but I haven't activated SXOS with my SX Pro because I didn't want to burn any fuses. At the time it was suggested to use the dongle to boot in to ReiNX.
