Hacking Is Xbox One hackable? Any improvement hacking it?

I am like confused since no console till date has been this secure. No console jailbreak has been released for xbox one. Is it that hard to JTag/ Jailbreak it? I am new to hardware hacking, So i dont know if its easy/hard or if there's not enough people interested in hacking it? Anyone has any lead on it?
 
It's possible but not much interest as was said. There's somethings that can easily be taken advantage of in Developer Mode and especially in retail.

Are there any hacks or emulators that i can run on my one x right now using dev mode / normal? BTW my xbox is updated with latest firmware.

I don't believe for one second there's not enough interest. It's behind PS4 in sales but still there's a ton of Xbox One consoles out there.

Just looked it up and Xbox One sold around 30 million at the end of 2017, so probably around 40 million now. The Wii U sold like 10 million worldwide in it's entire lifespan and there was a ton of interest in hacking. I'm supposed to believe there's none in XB1?

I think the biggest problem with the interest is the xbox one is basically just a watered down PC, and with microsoft throwing everything on to PC/Windows10, it comes down to "Just get it/do it on PC".

Perhaps the hacking group that originally found the payload exploit for the switch might do it, they seem too only do it for fun but they may be interested in poking around the xbox one only time can tell when an exploit will be discovered and released to the public

It has nothing to do with "lack of interest". Plenty of people (including TX) have looked into it. Know what they found?

They found that Microsoft learned from the 360. They did a pretty damn good job locking down the Xbox One. It helps that it's using an operating system based on Windows 10. It also helps that Microsoft finally knuckled down and implemented a vulnerability team (Windows red team. Last I heard @zoogie was a member) for finding and patching vulnerable exploits. It really helps that the amount of telemetry that Microsoft enables on the Xbox One is an absurd amount. And what probably helps the most is their incorrigable programming language that nobody really knows or understands and that Microsoft doesn't make any easier by providing concise documentation that is easy to find.

But by far, the largest reason is Developer Mode. Why even exploit the Xbox One when developer mode is far easier?

But running xbox one homebrew other than emulators possible on xbox one? Or will be?
 
Dev mode afaik will allow you to write/run anything within its restrictions.

Yes, it is. And as we all have seen, the developers proved one of my points. The programming language known as UWP is retarded hard. I've researched the language, and it isn't fun to do. If it was, we would see a lot more homebrew than we have.

This, 100%.
Also, the Xbox One is by far the best console this generation if you wish to casually play online, for instance, because there are pretty much no hackers online. It's much harder to contain cheaters on a PC game, and so the Xbox One is the best choice for someone that just wants to relax and be certain that their online experience will at the very least be fair. It gets a lot of shit from the gaming community, but I honestly like the Xbox One a lot (mainly because it is the most supported console in my country).

The issue with Dev Mode is it doesn't allow you to take full advantage of the systems resources so for emulators and other things you are limited
