So, I was using the ReiNX but decided to switch to Cosmos when I saw the new release with a cool name.

I deleted all the folders on my sd card but "Nintendo" and "tinfoil", and now I'm getting "Could not start the software" error on all of my games.

Any ideas how to fix it?

My bad. Forgot to remove the "ready for archiving" tick on homebrew folders through the terminal.

Honestly, this is just bloatware.
It's useful for people who don't know what files to get and what to do with them. It's useful for other people to be able to tell those people "get sdfiles" as opposed to "get x and put it in y then get z and blah blah blah blah".

I just switched over from ReiNX, are custom themes supported in v11? I dropped a theme bundle in /atmosphere/titles/ and then rebooted, but it didn't load the theme.

@tomGER question about loader.ini

any possibility of having multiple NSP setups?
Example; i want one of my game TID to run Retroarch.NSP
meanwhile keep Album TID to run hb menu.NSP

I can do that on my own aswell without any ads in a textfile pointing to discord servers or how awesome someone feels for putting files together.
Then do it on your own and share your work if you are so eager to prove how better you are.
I don't really understand why you bother commenting if you are expert in putting "files together".
I find SDfiles very useful and it's the easiest (with Rajnx) "CFW pack" to setup, if you don't use it, that's not really our problem.

Update your ReiNX to latest 1.7.1 and it'll be fixed.

You literally just need the contents of the atmosphere or ReiNX release zip. And a small clean hekate ini config and its files if you want to have hekate as default Bootloader. There's no need for this crap

There is for me. If not for you, that's fine.
You just listed several steps which SDfiles allows to remove since it's a simple one time xtraction from one archive only. But then again, if it's fine for you to do that I have no issue.
And you also forgot about the toolkit.

And the sigpatches, which are not included with or mentioned or linked from the atmosphere release pages. If you are personally volunteering to answer every thread saying "my games won't run" to tell them where to get the sigpatches and where to put them, let alone other common stuff like ftp and themes, then you're right, this bundle isn't necessary. Otherwise, you know, shut up.

Just don't pirate you know, so shut up yourself, no need to insult people.
Or set kip1patch=nosigchk.

You are the one replying uselessly in the first place. Again, if you find this so stupid, don't bother posting here. Although your opinion can be expressed, the numerous replies adds clutter and makes it difficult to answer to legit questions or solve issues should they arise.

I didn't insult you, I told you to shut up. As in, stop coming in here and insulting other people's work for no reason.
The nosigchk setting isn't a thing for straight atmosphere. So if you're suggesting people use hekate instead then you're gonna have to take them step by step through setting that up & doing the config files too. You're gonna be busy.

Noone said that there is a need to teach anyone. If people can't get their things together themselves, then they shouldn't do it in first place 'cause they'll be mad if they encounter an issue and aren't smart enough to fix it, and just go and blame the software creators instead.

I know. Humans are, have always been and will ever be dumb enough to blame everyone but themselves, but it was worth a try though.
Humans are also dumb enough to insult and dismiss the efforts of people to make lives easier both for the noobs and the people who have to help them. Bloody humans.
