Homebrew Mighty Gunvolt Burst - Game crashes on last stage

Hi my system is fully updated (luma, 3ds, etc) and i am playing Mighty Gunvolt Burst. On the last stage on the part where there are 8 bosses capsules, when i enter on a specific capsule the game always crashes and i get the screen that appears on the picture below, any ideas on how i can solve this problem?

to rule out potentially corrupted Data copy everything (including yoru nintendo 3DS folder) to a temp location on your PC, format the SD card and (optionally) run H2Testw pending you get back good results copy it back otherwise if you choose not to , just copy it all back and try again. i'd recommend the Panasonic SD Formatter rather than default windows formatter

I did everything you said and the same problem happened.

I tried CIAs from 3 different places and they all had the same problem.

what region are your game and your console, do you have the updates?

The game and the console are from the US region, my update is 1.3.1 i think its the latest, i update normally like i would on a unhacked console, i didn't use a cia update, do you think that might be the problem?

maybe, though im not entirely sure, did you make sure to uninstall the update and any DLC when reinstalling it?
