Is this a good PC setup?

So, I am planning on building a PC. This PC is below $300 Canadian, not including monitor, keyboard and mouse. Is this okay for a setup?

Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M Plus
CPU: AMD A6-9500
GPU: Radeon R5
Ram: Patriot Signature 4GB
Power Supply: EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR 500 W1
Case: Rosewill SCM-01

Really low end rig, it's ok for emulation but for modern games it falls short, if you are going to go with the AM4 socket my recomendation would be a ryzen 3 cpu, as this one will fall short in the long run, but so will the gpu, it depends in the application, but this is a really low end rig and won't run anything modern. If you can put a bit more money into it and add a Ryzen 3 1200 and something arround the gtx 1050, it would be a much better low end rig.
