I previously backed up my NAND in portions with ReiNX, the files coming out as Nand.bin.bin.00 through 09, but I haven't been able to get my Switch to restore it. After restoring Boot0 and Boot1, I've only been able to turn on RCM mode, and attempts to inject ReiNX are met with the Package2 magic invalid error. Failed attempts to combine the files (Including CtCaer's joiner scripts) only gave me a small file ony a couple hundred thousand KB, and after using another program to covert it into a.bin file. Onlt for hekate to give the message “size of the sd card backup does not match emmc selected part size”, even though it’s the usual size of around 29gb. I'd really appreciate any way to fix the problem apparently caused by restoring only Boot0 and Boot1.

UPDATE: My problem now is getting past the "This App can't run on your PC" message so I can't run ChoiDujour properly. Once it’s fixed, I want to know how to properly transfer my data without getting my new Switch banned since I don’t even plan on hacking it like the other one. I heard I may have to restart Splatoon 2 and I’m worried the same for Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Boot0/boot1 are firmware specific so if the firmware your boot0/boot1 were dumped in don't match the firmware you are currently on, its going to cause you problems. If you did make another backup of boot0/boot1 that matches your current firmware, you will need to rebuild them with ChoiDujour.
Try sxos, it is able to backup and restore the nand just fine
Dude, just stop it. All of your posts are just "sx this, sx that". You don't even read the issue and just blindly recommend using SX OS as if its the holy grail. And just because you don't suffer any issues doesn't mean other people don't. There's a plethora of threads detailing problems people have with SX OS and all of the available CFW. SX OS is actually less stable overall than other CFW if you could just take your head out of your ass for one second.

Just saw this guys posts (grepoman). Why are most of them about buying SX OS?

Try ALL of them. As for why i don't know and i honestly don't care. They are either a troll, someone paid by the SX team to advertise it or someone who doesn't know shit about what they are talking about. Do what i do and put them on ignore

Okay, that’s what I thought the problem might be. Unfortunately, those were the only backups I had. Is there anything else Ican do at this point?

How am I supposed to use it if I can't even get he switch to boot up?
Using ChoiDujour involves putting your Switch in RCM which you stated still works.
After restoring Boot0 and Boot1, I've only been able to turn on RCM mode, and attempts to inject ReiNX are met with the Package2 magic invalid error..
how do you dump with choidujour?
ChoiDujour is not a dumping tool...

I think I might be stuck on that package2 error thing. The instructions say I need to boot up a CFW in order to access the homebrew menu and then ChoiDojour, which I can’t seem to do because of my outdated boot0/boot1 files. Hence why I’m trying to fix this problem to even turn on the Switch normally or use CFW. I hope there’s just a step I’m missing here.

He said ChoiDujour (Not NX).
He even linked you the tutorial, and you even quoted it:

Just click that link in the post you quoted (in case you didn't realize that that was a link).

ChoiDujour (NOT ChoiDujourNX) is a PC program, not a Switch homebrew.

Okay, now it’s just the command parts I’m stuck with. I’m no expert at using it, so most of what I type is met with the "command" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.” At least when I don’t type the exact path or directory.

I’m still stuck at what to do next, since it’s only my boot0 and boot1 files I need to restore. Can anyone explain it better than in the tutorial? Again, I’m not that skilled with command prompts.

Once again, I’m confused with the instructions. My problems are quoted above so I don’t come off as redundant with the. I’d really appreciate the help here.

The instructions are seriously very straightforward.

If you cannot handle those instructions, or cannot find your way around using a command line, nobody here can really help you anymore than any other online resource on how to use commandlines can.

I'd suggest searching on google/youtube "how to use command prompt".
Or just posting in Facebook "need help running some programs in command prompt" so that you can find someone you know IRL to help you in person, because it can't get any more straightforward than that linked guide.

I mean, since you've posted this thread, while you were "waiting" for someone to help you, two other people have asked for help for the same issue, and I just linked them both to the same guide that you were linked to, and they both managed to successfully rebuild their BOOT0 and BOOT1 just following that guide:
  1. https://gbatemp.net/threads/help-af...idea-how-to-fix-it.522375/page-3#post-8367291
  2. https://gbatemp.net/threads/bricked...elp-restoring-nand.523174/page-2#post-8378152
I mean, you already have the guide, you just need to actually put in the effort in figuring it out.

Your issue is you're not waiting long enough for the joiner to finish. This was happening to me and I refreshed the window a couple times and noticed the size increasing. So run the joiner script again and wait until it finishes and you have a rawnand.bin of 29.1 GB.

Okay, I'm following the guide okay, I simply ran into trouble with the command:
ChoiDujour.exe --keyset=path/to/keys.txt path/to/firmware/file/or/folder

I keep getting the message "Choidujour.exe" or "C:\path\to\Choidujour.exe --keyset=" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file, or, assuming I entered the command correctly, "This App can't run on your PC" and "Access is denied." I already scanned the QR code to get my keys, I'm just figuring out how to get them into my files.

I know I should be saving this for a the banning hub, but I’m also wondering how I could use two Switch consoles: The banned one I’m trying to fix, and one I hope to get later that transfer my data to, isn’t banned, and won’t be hacked at all. I heard there was something about some data like Splatoon 2 not being carried over.

Try this:
Make a folder in C:\ containing all the files including ChoiDujour itself, name it "Switch"
Open a command prompt
Type/paste "cd C:\Switch" (no quotes)
Then type/paste in the command (don't need full paths when doing it like this)
