Aslong as you use the emunand offline or with stealth mode enabled, you should be ok.

Then it's not emunand that's preventing the ban, it's Stealth Mode/You being offline

I'm on the second one. I cleaned up every single error logs from day 1 of nx-dreport/ Hekate. Not banned yet.

Actually no, last time i checked i haven't been banned yet. But i don't use online features AT ALL(Airplane mode+90DNS). Also Dreport, AFAIK, doesn't delete error reports, instead id places them on the SD card so they don't get sent to Nintendo(They only get automatically sent if they are on the sysnand)

It's the combination of both, yes stealth mode prevents you from interacting with Nintendo's servers, but the emunand is the one that separates the homebrew activity from the sysnand.

Dreport deletes all the errors completely.
Or just delete SYSTEM/save/80000000000000D1
Or do factory restore settings.
Or delete SYSTEM/save/*.*
And delete UPDATE/*.* except emunand files.

There wont be any data store elsewhere.
But it's okay to stay offline to avoid ban.

Yes it does BUT if you're already using Stealth Mode, as in blocking all Nintendo communications, THAT is what is preventing your ban, not emunand. Hell using emunand is pointless if you keep stealth mode on at all times. The fact is TX's emunand's only purpose is to allow you to have the most up to date OFW while keeping your sysnand on a lower version(which, if you're already above 5 is pointless anyway)

Well not EVERYONE factory resets their system. I think that the majority of people just flash their clean nand backup. At least i THINK so

My sysNAND is on 5.1, how do i know if I'm banned? If i try the eshop it asks me to update. (I always use nx-dreport before loading my sysNAND, and it worked for over 6 months so)

If you're using SX with strange error logs and connect online you'd be banned already.

Keep in mind that the main reason to have emunand is to keep sysnand on low firmware or to go online on pure sysnand.

If you're on the second half of the reason and your nand is full of strange error logs/ never connect online before, you'd have to delete ticketblob and error logs using hacdiskmount to mount SYSTEM

Delete these files
Error logs
SYSTEM/save/80000000000000D1
Common/Personlized ticketblob
SYSTEM/save/80000000000000e1
SYSTEM/save/80000000000000e2

Do factory restore settings offline.

You now have pure sysnand.

if you start ofw or cfw's like reinx with sd card inserted then switch will wipe your nintendo folder claiming "it was used on another switch"
if you want start system from your NAND i sugest to take a emunand sd card out. cheers
