Hacking SX-OS: every .nsp installed on my emuNAND randomly uninstalled.

Maybe i'm not the only one, i'm using SX-OS and i have installed some .nsp on my emuNAND just to be safe, then, all of a sudden, when i turn on my Switch it says that "The current game isn't available, download it now" and now i have to re-install every nsp. Any idea why? OF COURSE my emuNAND is 100% offline. Never been online with it.

Mine did the same when I connected online, not sure if it was real nand or the emunand though. Just know it did the same to me.

if you start ofw or cfw's like reinx with sd card inserted then switch will wipe your nintendo folder claiming "it was used on another switch"
if you want start system from your NAND i sugest to take a emunand sd card out. cheers

Since this moment i Never Launch my ofw 3.01 or cfw anymore without emunand should Work too
My ofw can go Sleep before coldboot is released

"Real NAND" and Sysnand are the same thing. Emunand(Or TX's version of it at least) is a shadow copy of your Sysnand that runs from the Sysnand itself but is independent from the sysnand

TX might not test and experience enough about linking nands when creating emunand. And there doesn't have any well guide or user's manual from them yet and won't have to.

The reason why your installed games on emunand has randomly archived is that when creating emunand, the two nands share the same Nintendo folder which is the same hash, encryption or something like that. The two nands won't share the same ticketblob, so that when emunand installed more games than sysnand or vise versa when booting sysnand without those installed games on its ticketblob, all installed games on emunand will be wiped out completely.

In general, creating emunand by default the two nands will share the same Nintendo folder.

The problem is if your emunand has more games than sysnand when you download something on sysnand or just deep reboot all different games on emunand (compare to sysnand) will be deleted completely.

Solution: after setting emunand up and testing it without any issue. Boot to sysnand and do factory restore (WITHOUT MEMORY CARD PLUGGED IN) to unlink from emunand. From now on, rename Nintendo folder of emunand to NintendoEMU and sysnand to NintendoSYS. When booting to specific nand, rename the related folder to Nintendo.

Booting to a nand with the wrong Nintendo folder, the OS will ask you to delete > just press power to power off and rename the right one.

No, no it's not. Even TX themselves say to use Stealth Mode and not go online. Creating an emunand and doing stuff on it isn't going to protect you from a ban, that's not it's intended purpose at all

Keep in mind that the main reason to have emunand is to keep sysnand on low firmware or to go online on pure sysnand.

If you're on the second half of the reason and your nand is full of strange error logs/ never connect online before, you'd have to delete ticketblob and error logs using hacdiskmount to mount SYSTEM

You're on the first reason.
You're banned yourself.
I'm on the second one. I cleaned up every single error logs from day 1 of nx-dreport/ Hekate. Not banned yet.

Anyway, to the OP, you can try to do factory restore settings offline on sysnand to unlink the two nands and to avoid any wiping out data. Rename Nintendo folder to NintendoEmu before doing factory restore settings or just unplug memory card.

Actually emunand purpose is to help prevent a ban too. Since it separates the naughty stuff from your sysnand. Aslong as you use the emunand offline or with stealth mode enabled, you should be ok.
