Hacking Question My Switch boots in ReiNX with an error code...

OFW version? And is this the first time you tried to boot into ReiNX or have you done it before in the past?

Done it in the past; FW 6.0.0, I've formatted my SD card to exFAT without installing the exFAT update. Think that might be the issue here.

That is a big suspect yes since the system isn't going to be able to read an EXFAT card without the EXFAT update. Try that for starters

Problem is, I don't know how to install the exFAT update without going online. On 6.0.0.

Hekate CFW works like a charm, ReiNX still doesn't, giving me the same error. At this point, my work is finished, but I wonder what the code means because I can't find anyone else who's encountered it online.

first of all Hekate is not a cfw, it's a bootloader. Second of all try again after you install the exfat update. If that doesn't work try one of the following nightly builds of ReiNX

Well yeah, Hekate isn't a CFW. I was running ReiNX nightly when this happened, prior to this, I ran the version that came in TomGER's SDFiles. Same error happened on both versions.

Which nightly version? There are several But again lets take it one step at a time and install the EXFAT update first. If the error persists after that , well i'l have to let someone else try to diagnose this

The latest nightly circa 7:36 PM EST.

Remember, this is on a FAT32 card now, so theoretically it should be able to run correctly.

I had the same problem. I put only the latest tomger sd files and latest hekate on my sd card. Nothing else. And then it worked. So I assume there was some old files on my sd which messed it up.

Wait.... how? Did you do anything?

Try another sd card with only the ReiNX files.

I deleted everything on my sd card. After that I only put the latest tomger files and the latest hekate files in my sd card. I injected hekate 4.1 payloads and it worked.
