Which pack and which version were you using?Edit: There were some homebrew that crashed several times. I did not knew there was a clear log procedure.
Clear log will result in a ban. You need to use creport included in a lot of packs.

Additional Comments
Is there a way to check if I'm banned without updating? Going to the eshop does tell me that I need an update.
Hmm can someone confirm that?If it ask you for update instead of a error code then you are not banned AFAIK
Eshop/onlineDid you update to 6.0?
Also is it possible to even see if you were banned or not if you dont update? I mean, do you get the message in home menu or do you need to enter eshop or similar?
I did get the "please update" nag though. I really want to know if im banned or not but Im afraid of updating..because not sure whyEshop/online

Hey @Draxzelex, could you please help me out?Hi @Draxzelex , how are you? I hope you can fin the time to help me out a bit
I just read this on Nintendo's site.
Important:
Additional Information:
- Once a Nintendo Account is linked to a user account, this link cannot be undone. The associated user account must also be deleted to unlink a Nintendo Account from a Nintendo Switch console.
- A Nintendo Account can be linked to more than one Nintendo Switch console at a time. You do not need to unlink the Nintendo Account prior to linking it to a second console.
- Deleting a user account from a Nintendo Switch console will also delete any save data that is associated with that account and saved to the console.
- Data deleted from a console cannot be restored unless it is first backed up using the Save Data Cloud backup feature.
- If you wish to retain save data that is not supported using the Save Data Cloud backup feature, do not delete the associated user account.
What to Do:
- Unlinking a Nintendo Account from a Nintendo Switch console does not delete the Nintendo Account or any associated purchases. The Nintendo Account will still be available and can be re-linked to another user account in the future.
- To unlink a single Nintendo Account from a Nintendo Switch console, delete the associated user account.
- To unlink all Nintendo Accounts from a Nintendo Switch console, initialize the Nintendo Switch console.
If I understand correctly, a Nintendo account is linked to a user account. So if I want to unlink my account, I will have to delete my user account and loose all my saved data?
This is what I'm considering to do, I would very much appreciate your wise words of advice and thoughts.
I currently have 1 Switch console. I own several digital purchases and a few cartridge games. I'm going to purchase a second Switch so that I may have one for playing pirated games and the other will remain virgen and all legal. The modded Switch should never go online.
Today I accidentally updated the only console I own at the moment to firmware v6.0. Since I'm going to have a new Switch, I was thinking I could use the new Switch as my legal and unmodded console and clean the old console and play unpaid games on it. Why? Well, I would have a new full year warranty.
- Before purchasing the new Switch I have to look up the serial number to make sure it can be modded.
- On firmware v6.0 would I be able to fully transfer my user data to the new Switch without loosing any saved games? For the moment, I will not be paying for Nintendo Online.
- Does performing a factory reset delete absolutely everything on the console? I wouldn't want any of my current user or Nintendo account data still existing, just in case I ever get banned, I prefer that the console gets banned without affecting my Nintendo Account and purchases
Question related to performing a factory reset on a modded Switch, with Auto RCM, XCI and NSP games: Does the factory reset delete all traces of the mod? Lets say that I've been playing a few month on the modded Switch (never gone online) and I would like to use it legally for some time, would it be enough to just factory reset everything?
Well, I think thats it hahaha. I hope you can have the time to answer back.
Take care.
So I believe I see 2 main questions being posed.Hey @Draxzelex, could you please help me out?
You can try calling Nintendo and have them unlink it for you if you give them a legitimate reason such as losing the console, having it stolen, or selling it to a friend. If I understand correctly, a Nintendo account is linked to a user account. So if I want to unlink my account, I will have to delete my user account and loose all my saved data?
No it is not. The only way to return a console to its pre-hacking state is with a NAND backup that was made in Hekate before performing any hacks/CFW/homebrew on it. Without that, then your console will never be 100% clean even with a factory reset.Question related to performing a factory reset on a modded Switch, with Auto RCM, XCI and NSP games: Does the factory reset delete all traces of the mod? Additional Comments - no longer using my switch for CFW. did not have clean nand to restore. however, deleted all XCI backup games from the menu screen, keeping only the games I own. unlinked my main nintendo account, but using a dummy account to check eshop. currently on 5.1.0. will update to 6.0.0 when it hits. When I did go online with this switch, i always took the the sd card out before booting into OFW. I updated my titles in OFW. In the beginning, I did go online with atmosphere to run hbappstore and to activate my sx pro license. had my sx pro since a week after it was released. I have a 2nd switch i updated from 4.1.0 to 5.1.0 without burning fuses with clean 4.1.0 nand backup. It's online using custom 90DNS and SX 1.9 stealth mode.
