Using chiaki on android, I can connect to my ps4 and use the controller I have for my phone and control my ps4 which I can't do since I don't have a working ds4 but I did manage to set up goldhen with a ps move controller. Can my main account...

Yes, there is a way... as long as they were also released on PC.

Apart from that, no chance.

Umm how?! As far as I know Sony won’t let any <60fps VR game to be published on their platform

I mean sure the whole setting is fraction of capable pc and vive price, but performance is decent
