Gaming Error Code: 2160-0103 causes?

I tried both google and openDNS, so guessing that is not it. I tried another router/network same issue... Could it be that a xEcute mod chip is some how blocked? I was under the impression the mod chip could be blocked by Nintendo but not by testing the network connection? I was also able to put in the dns (45.55.142.122) for the browser trick and the internet works.

Wow turned out to be the new xEcuter stealth mod. If you are already banned and need game updates, you can not use stealth mode, apparently.

Stealth mode blocks nintendo so of course you can't get updates with it, what did you expect?

I never saw a write up on what exactly it did. So there was nothing to expect other then the implied Stealthiness.
