Why do people care about who stole what code when everyone will use it to pirate games anyway?

I think that SX OS is a good product, and it is designed for non expert users, that just want to throw the dongle files and their backups on the SD, and get the thing working. It also has a fancy user friendly ROM menu, and it is very convenient. All those users will keep using SX OS or will buy it without thinking about it two times. Also, there are users that bought it at launch, they've enjoyed it.
Now, there is a free solution, and everyone on the Temp knows where can they safely download it, how to use tinfoil/devmenu without messing anything. I can also remember that Spanish guy that made 3DS CFW tutorials who left his OTP.bin on the files pack he left for their users.
Personally, i'm not buying SX OS because i have enough with ReiNX, but i can understand that the average user that doesn't want to get a headache and lose time trying to understand what CFW choose, how to make a JIG or what dongle do they need to buy and messing with ugly menus like the tinfoil one, will just go and buy a SX Pro, copy/paste a few things and done, without caring about if it has stolen code or not.
Edit: But, I personally think that just doing a copy-paste of public CFWs without even testing it is a irresponsability and can carry serious consecuences to their users. But their target user will never know that and he'll just download a new update and solved.

Already a bunch of TX haters and i've only been on the first page....Here are your options people....don't use TX, or use TX....the choice is yours...no one has a gun to your head...I fully support TX...whether they did or did not steal code doesn't matter to me because their system WORKS and it's made simple.

My L feels like a W b/c I get the same stuff you get, but a month or so earlier could care less its stolen. Too many fake white knights on this thread showing moral values when they steal games on the net, but its bad to steal codes wtf...

The other solutions are only free, if your times is worthless. Obviously, your time is actually worthless, since what you call a waste, is in reality a perfect investment for people, whose time is very valuable. Yours isn't, and that's ok.the world needs that kind of people too.
Exactly yet those people complaining are the ones who steal from Nintendo by pirating.

Gee, draging dropping files are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard. I never knew how difficult it was to left click and run a single program.
no not all jigs are the same, most are poorly made, only now after months are other people making jigs to a similar quality as the TX one.
the others might work the same but the SX dongle is still the smallest and best looking one
as for CFW , SX OS is easy to use with a good UI, and everything you need can easily be accessed from a menu, being able to run XCI's and NSp files makes it the best CFW without the need to convert files.
I'm accepting in the fact they stole code, I think the real issue with the 1.7 update was they didn't bug test properly.

What the TX haters/whiners forget is that TX customers expect SX-OS to contain any new development in the community with the added bonus of ease of use. I would be upset if SX-OS didn't "steal" the lastest and greatest.

2. That's your opinion. My internal Trinket m0 is much smaller and way better than dongle.
3. That's why CDNSP exists. Still you get all the fils in one package.
