Mario 3d world seems to be capped at 20 FPS in a level and on level select, and 60 on menus.

most people who play on emulators are more because of the whole mods thingPlaying it on an actual WiiU would probably speed it up drastically over that. I didn't even know people were playin U games on emus.. TEH MOAR YOU KNOW----*
umm... that seems a bit stupid... wiiu can run mods. what makes the pc special? Unless of course you got a high end then ok I see why. (because you can crank the resolution and make it look pretty and run things that where intended at 30fps at 60)most people who play on emulators are more because of the whole mods thing
I switched to a more complete shader cache and there was no improvement, it’s like this with every game-Use a low res cache?
-Play on the gamepad screen
-Kill some processes/tasks
-???
Any other answers? Note: I got my games from Wii U usb helper
