Hardware Nintendo Switch won't turn on

My friend's Switch does not turn on. Only when connected to the Dock, or if it's in rest mode, but if the Switch is off, it's not possible to turn on by holding the power button. We tested RCM like a month ago, I don't know if it's something related.

Try leaving your Switch to charge for about an hour while it is completely shut down, then try to send a RCM payload that allows you to uninstall it.

I'm not 100 percent sure but I think you could first try holding the power button for about 15 seconds to make sure it's really off and not in rcm mode. Then you would need to charge it since the battery could have died while in rcm mode. then you would connect to pc and try sending the payload you used to install autorcm.

Battery desync maybe? I think the solution is to open the console and replug the battery.

I'll try first to unistall AutoRCM, (investigating how to). If that does not work I think I could use warranty

I was running ReiNX and an application i guess crashed and said it was closing application and hung. Wouldn't let me power down, so I waited for it to die. Now it won't charge or power on. Already disconnected and reconnected the battery. Any advice?
