So I've been having problems connecting to 'the website'. I've reinstalled CIAngel and Freeshop, but it won't fix the problem. I decided to see if 'the website' was down, but lo and behold, it... Is. It's down.

I checked isitdownorisitjustme, and it also says 'the website' is down. Did I just miss a memo or something?

Are titlekeys being blocked in the Philippines, like certain adult video sites?

Someone help me out here.

ninty finally placed a check for valid tickets which screwed the ones that everyone was using. rendering these apps useless.

nintendo has blocked all fake tickets from downloading from their CDN, you need to go back to the stone ages and download CIA's manually from other sources and install them via FBI

Well crap. Looks like it's off to the bay searching for me torrents.

What if I still want titlekeys? Like for GM9?
If you still want titlekeys, then find the IP address for that title key site. The site itself still works. It's just that the domains no longer point to the correct IP address.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

just google "that iso site" you'll find a source
Or look on Reddit. They'll post links to romzzzzz.

It is not down, I just visited the site a few minutes ago, I'll copy and paste the instrucctions to fix it but i don't know if it works with freeshop, if that's the case just use villain3ds, all downloads still work except some 20 or 30 1st party games.

Freeshop title site is still working use this method to get access.

As many of you have noticed, the Wii U USB Helper is somewhat broken right now. This is because many US DNS servers have assigned the wrong IP's to *snip*. To fix this, modify your hosts file (located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc) by adding the following two lines:

*snip*

Edit: my recommended way to edit the hosts file is to copy it to your Desktop, edit it with Notepad there, then copy it back (replace the original)

Do not use a # before the two lines you add, or it won't do anything.

No. Some updates and DLC will still work, and that's it. Everything else has been fortified for the 3DS. Wii U is the only one to remain open.

The last remaining stronghold for ridiculously easy piracy...

Yup. Got killed earlier this week. Now you have to manually download them from a website. The torture! :P
I swear, the things Nintendo puts us through. They should be grateful we even TRY to pirate their games.
