Nah you only need the tablet, not the joycons and dock. Should cost A LOT less.

I agree a lot of these banned people are not revealing every thing they did. No ban here and it been 3 months+ on my end. I play Paladins online with no problem. Even update XCI games on a regular. Would I do a NSP? Oh hell no.

I still haven't gotten banned. I buy online games and get offline backup games like Mario Odyssey. Whenever I use Xeucuter I delete my internet and then reboot to xecuter. If i want to go back to playing Splatoon 2 I

turn off my console. Remove Xecuter, remove SD Card and reboot again.

just don't go online ever with Xecuter.

I go online using XSOS I just don't use NSP's at all or run homebrew while online

Usually they ban the account and the console you hacked. You can't use the account on another switch. (I don't know what happens if you log into an unbanned switch with a banned account, but it probably shouldn't ban the unbanned switch).

To check if your account is banned, log onto their website with your Nintendo Account. To check if your Switch is banned, you have to try connecting the console online via the eShop or online play (although superbans can be checked by trying to update your system or games) meaning you have to risk getting banned to check if you're banned.

If before you unlinked the account you went online with the console and it was hacked, then its possible the account is flag but account bans are rare as it is. It also would seem inappropriate for Nintendo to ban a console associated with that account unless that console is hacked, regardless of whatever console it was previously associated with.

I "aquired" all of the "backups" I previously owned anyways for "preservation" and then some but that account has Rocket League and MK7 which would be neat to get back on an eventual revision purchase. Time will tell. I'll buy whatever I want anyways.

I don't CARE if I'm banned, just curious if I'm in the clear if I unlinked the account. I'm going to guess if I'm still able to login on the website half a year from now they won't touch the account. Got like ten proper games on it but I've played them all anyways.

I don't think so. I'm doing the same and I am still not banned.
If you ask me sx os with xci backups is totally fine.

I've used homebrew a couple of times, ftp transfer a few times, updated both xci and nsp from sx os. I never played online and I never touched freeshop on the console or on pc. I did use devmenu a few times to install nsp before sx os allowed it but always in airplane mode. I'm not affected. I remember logging in and checking out the eshop in sx os a few times before I unlinked the ID. I don't think there's anything else worth mentioning. I might be flagged. Pretty excited to see what happens actually as I expected a ban by now.

What game cert are you using to patch your games (card1)? Are you also playing Splatoon 2? Have you also played any card2 games? And what cert have you used with the card2 games?

I bought splatoon 2 ripped it and shocked the cart to death and returned it for a full refund, I use that cert for everything.

I've got a ton of xci installed games on my switch and a few nsp's. I use ofw to install updates on all of my games. I've once or twice forgotten to turn off WiFi when in SX os and had a game begin updating but not finish due to switching on airplane mode. I've never played online and have only accessed eshop a couple of times. I've literally only played one game for the past two months since getting my SX os. Breath of the wild . Today I realized I was banned
