Hacking Suggestion (Guide) Avoid Ban from Nintendo On CFW

The thing is i don´t believe in luck here, Nintendo doesn´t ban by hand there´s a system behind it which has some triggers which we don´t know yet.
Also, my brother and a good friend of mine do all the same things as is do and don´t do the things i won´t do (because i told them what to do and what not), none of us is banned so far we all use sxos, install nsp´s, play xcis, update via ofw (and i even update via wifi while in sxos), only thing not to do is be online while you start a backup you don´t own (i even play a xci of MK8 online, taken from my own cartrige with cert). Also none of us ever deleted our logs.
Another friend forgot to turn on airplane mode before he started a xci game, the moment i saw him in my friendslist playing that game (most people don´t know that even if you don´t go to multiplayer inside the game it still connects to server for highscore list, friends list, etc) i called him, 2-3 weeks after that he had his ban (can´t be sure though that that was the reason but it´s kinda obvious).

Sure, these 4 switches are a very small sample, but that´s the only data i can rely on for sure...

How are you installing the nsps?

I also update via wifi (while in sxos), no ban so far. I used to install my nsps via devmenu, since v1.4 i use sxos to install them.

This! I got exactly the same feeling when i read the ban thread and people are claiming this or that while i do the same things and am still not banned...

I actually stopped following the thread b/c I was seeing too many inconsistent claims in their info, you had folks getting banned when they said they never went online at all. They had to go online at some point to get the error code to show. I don't want to call anybody a liar, but its either that or theres more going on than what they claimed. I've been in the PS3 scene for 6 years its experience on how to lay low with cfw b/c the rules are the same don't log into their services with cfw

Nah also not entirely correct, install a nsp and go online playing it -> instaban.
I´m aware that they´ll probably ban in waves so we got less clues on how they ban, but they also can and do ban instantly.

Yeah but I'd think in this case they'll probably ban you in the next wave. As I said, if only a few brave souls were willing to sacrifice their switches in order to see what N is up to behind the scenes.

Was there a first wave? I mean a real wave, with many (!) people getting banned at the same time? I think IF they ban in waves we haven´t seen the first one yet.

I'm pretty sure there was a wave already. However I'm positive you will be banned soon. (That is not an insult lul)

No offense taken, i myself wonder when it will happen (and i´ll let you guys know )
Hm, afaik there was no real ban wave, the reports here at gba don´t point to a specific time/date and also at the common switch piracy discords there was no word about any banwave taken place.
When i say "banwave" i´m thinking about the xbox360 days where MS pulled the banswitch every few months and if you go online after this date you´re banned, if something like this happens theboards and forums are flooded with reports, but with the switch i haven´t seen something like that so far.

Hello folks, now I'll share my experience with the community. I tested this step with my 3 switch, 2 got ban and 1 works very well.

First step, never share errors you got in switch with nintendo, "Hehk how can I avoid it ?", go to config > console > uncheck the option "share errors " and "automatically update" or put "no".

Second Step, never update NPS games from official eshop, just update from eshop if you really buy the game.

Third Step, never apply hacks on games or mod game, if you put any this things, Nintendo will detect and you will get instant ban.


Splatoon in my opinion is the only game you will won't be able to play at moment, because you need to update game and stay online every time. I don't know if in future have Hacker do something about that, but in moment I don't recommend you play this game, if you love it, save your money and buy it.

Fortnite is free, you can download without problems from eshop, just not download and install from tinfoil,nxshop or freeshop, and don't apply dlc from unnoficial methods.

In my daily user, I use nxshop ans tinfoil, I don't get any ban from my third switch, success hacked and play nps games.
