Place the NSP files on your SD-Card, then start OSX and use the R-button to switch to the different menu's. One of the menu's is for NSP install, this isn't rocket science.

i read something previously about dev menu's etc no worries thanks for ya help

Download NSP. Put it on root of your SD. Go to SX OS menu and install it from there. Easy as pie.

I would recommend you upgrade to 1.5 and then you can make dedicated folders for NSP installs.

SX OS menu as in where you run XCI files from or the actual SX OS menu

Do all games install with sx os? I read about using tinfoil to instal NSPs that require a higher firmware to work on a lower switch. Is that still true? Or did Sx os add that option in 1.5?
