GOD DAMN IT. Stop making this thread, people. It's like one every hour at this point.

If you don't want to get banned, don't mod your console. It's really that simple.

that is one of the reasons I'm not modding my system, at least for quite a while. I got banned on the ps3, and it was quite the headache. I don't even game online, but I still cared about it.

If you buy another Switch, sell the red/blue JoyCons and the dock, the extra tablet works out to about $150. Worth it for 'backups' IMO.

that's the thing I love about the switch, not having to mess with a bunch of cables. it's just pop the system on the top of the dock or use it portably. the back of my entertainment center is a total mess and a headache to unplug/plug things in, so I'm lovin' this. however, my switch is sitting on a level to where I can't access the game cart slot, so I have to pick it up every time I want to change carts. I guess hacking it would eliminate this problem. :P

I believe not until Atmosphere is officially released. I think they have a way to block "creport" which stands for crash report, so crashes aren't logged and sent to Nintendo.
But will that also negate previous logs?

Only in the states AFAIK

No, creport will prevent any new reports from accumulating onto the console and instead chuck them onto the SD card meaning it will be as if your console never runs into any new crashes from that point forwards.
