*Static Shock; I was typing the title too fast
As the title says. When I eject discs, I get a bit of a shock. Nothing painful, mind you. It's like when you get static from touching a car or from rubbing on carpet. Should I be worried about my Wii U?
The disc I've been experiencing this with is Smash. My copy has the disc label peeling/scraping off a bit, but that shouldn't make a difference.

If your Wii U is shocking you I'd say you should be worried about it
But it's not the Wii U itself. Only the disc. And as I said, it's not a big electrical shock where sparks fly. It's a tiny bit of static like that when occasionally touching a metal surface.

If it only happens with that game I would get it on ur NAND or USBHDD and never use it again keep it for safe keeping I would not risk the WiiU Static is generating with that Disc and can cause even worse damage to your WiiU.
