You still have an option tho, but you lose enso which is the only con. You can update to 3.68 henkaku its better than nothing if a psn login is holding you back. But you need it in order to restore vitashell thus enjoying your games again
Before I do that I'll probably just trying reinstalling enso 3.65 via that guide. It just worries me though that something is clearly installed because of that logo at boot and wondering if I need to uninstall what I have first.

Don't risk a brick when you have a better option to keep you playing, but yeah uninstalling enso might be a thing im not entirely sure on that

He can't login without updating should have kept the old psn account tbh even if pkgj doesn't require one
I was actually able to figure it out earlier today doing something similar to what Priest mentioned above. Unlinking my memory card with hencore on it before starting would have saved me a whole lot of pain. Keeping one of those handy from now on for sure. Also pretty much eliminates any need to rely on QCMA for anything.

Is PKGJ related to the log in PSN account?
I mean if I used JPN PSN account and go to PKGJ there will be exclusive stuff rather than using ASIA account for example?

No, the list is based on tsv/txt you're using.
