The Switch scene continues to see progress!

Users have until now needed to pay for Team Xecuters custom firmware SX OS to gain the ability to run unsigned titles on there consoles.

This is no longer the case as Rajkosto and Adubbz have publicly released there method of patching signature checks in FS, by following the below guide you can generate a kip that can be loaded through Hekate, allowing you to run nsp's installed through Dev menu or Tinfoil, useful for when homebrew titles are installable.

Instructions:

You should clarify in the op that this can not be used to pirate or backup games.... And can currently not be used to do anything...

Yes that is the point, this does not allow piracy.
Lol, "That is the point", you edited your OP after I posted that, your original post said it could allow backup loading.

This doesn't allow anything right now, really. It may end up useful in the future, depending on how homebrew itself goes (NSP vs NRO).

Then why is this in the "Backup Loaders" section? You make a lot of bunk threads, bro.

No, it is still part of what is needed for backup loading, so this is the most relevant sub forum for it.

No, it really isn't, considering the guys who made this aren't planning on developing the parts required for backup loading...

All of this information I have is literally from your other post, how do you not know any of this already?

So this allows to install unsigned NSPs to the console but does not remove the authenticity checks for games? So that means we could install say the homebrew launcher as an NSP and see it on the menu like any game?
Does that mean if NSPs are individually patched it could allow us to install pirated games?

This is the temp in a nuttshell.I have been dealing with this stuff in private for a while now, both fixed RSA key and ticket patches have been a thing for a while. Soon(tm)

Yes well more specially unsigned NCA's

Yes but first, it needs to be converted into a properly formatted .NSP which has not happened yet for it nor any other homebrew.

Awesome, so make a thread Soon(tm).
This one serves no purpose except to claim things that aren't true (Before you edited OP, you claimed we could load backups), and announce an addition to a tool that someone else made, that already has its own thread (A thread made by you, even): https://gbatemp.net/threads/tinfoil-title-installer-manager-by-adubbz.511763/

Not to sound like a jackass, but I don't really get the point of packaging homebrew as NSPs when hblauncher and NROs work just as well.
