Seeing as there's zero competition right now, TX. Maybe Rei once it's released.

RS is gonna be a no for me as there won't be a backup loader available straight away from them.

If SX OS had an emunand where I could do all my weird hacky stuff in a separate environment that I would keep offline, I would have bought one by now. That's the only thing making me wait.
THIS
though i did buy one , came 2 days ago i have not used it yet and am in no hurry to use it either
i have not even got an sd card yet ,i might order a 256gb samsung today though
but i am hoping there is a better way to preserve 2.x.x and still pay games by the time i get it
i am only anxious to test the dongle and make sure it is not DOA, more than i am in a rush to use SX OS

the progress tx has accomplished compared to Reswitched is very low. Reswitched may have a ton of drama by now, but that doesn't mean everyone on the team is bad. People on Reswitched are really the one to thank, as they were the ones to actually figure out the exploits/vulnerabilities, and TX is literally taking Atmosphere code with piracy enabled and make a CFW to pay for. A major difference with SX and Atmosphere is just piracy and completion. But with that out of the way, Atmosphere would be considered better

I'm lgbty for gdpr right now. Fuck 're switched and they're childish bullshit. Yaaawn waiting for atmosphere me hole.

Rei>TX>Reswitched for now well see what happends when reswitched is released

I voted for TX because TX delivered. Granted, you do have to pay if you want backup loading, but other than that, you have that option of backup loading. You also have NSP installing. They are providing updates on a regular basis and listening to feedback. People complained about the brick code and they removed it. They didn't have to, but they did. Also, with their dongle, you don't have to worry about a phone or computer to inject a payload. You don't have to worry about programming the Trinket...it's just plug and play.

Rei isn’t even released ffs
My willpower has failed me and I just can't resist asking: Does TX pay you per post or hourly?

On a more related note, I'd have to vote for RS. Despite all of the drama, which I believe has been handled extraordinarily poorly by SciresM, it seems indisputable to me that their work is the backbone of the entire scene. How could I possibly answer TX when SX OS likely wouldn't exist (yet) without RS's work? I also look forward to what Rei will release, but since nothing is public yet, I can't really say anything about it.

SX OS was in work since 2017
The Backup Loader part was already done and ready to be released
But when they (scriesm and cie) made the homebrew support they decided to integrate it

Wait for ReiNX. It's nearly done, and it's much probably gonna be a better, free CFW option, with all previous stuff given by TX.
Although, if you are in an extreme hurry, buy a SX Pro or something.

ReSwitched might be a good option too, but to be fairly honest, right now ReiNX seems more promising and it's also a quicker option. Only time can really tell, but really, stick with ReiNX. ReSwitched still doesn't really have anything for the end user.
