I'm trying to restore my flashcart (R4 SDHC RTS Lite) by following the guide, but the flashcart isn't showing up on my 3DS at all. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

If it is flashed for ntrboot that's normal.

That sounds like menuhax. Do the following:

1. Boot up without the SD card then put the SD card in after the home menu shows up
2. Go to themes and pick a different theme
3. Follow https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax) and follow the next page after it etc
4. When you get to optional section move emuNAND, follow it

You won't lose any data.

im using the ntr side of the 3ds.guide to hack my 2ds xl. and was wondering i got a r4i gold plus. it doesn't have nothing shown just N/a so what on this do i download?? i want to put this fashcart back to nornal and finalize my b9s. hope this pic helps

You physically open the card and flip the switch to switch between DS and NTR mode. Did you skip the 4th page? Don't skim too much...

im sitting here finalizing the stuff in the 3ds.guide. and yes that is flipped for the system to get on cfw. im just wanting to be sure how to finalize all this.

You only need the flashcart when installing B9S (running SafeB9SInstaller). Once you have B9S you no longer need the flashcart.

okies so i was right. i dont need the flashcart to finalize the cfw. lol. good. i been worried i'd lose my game i had in my 2ds lol. ty quatumcat you're the best

hiyo. how do i dump my otp on the 2ds xl?? the 3ds.guide site that start + select + x isnt doing it. just loads to luma configuration. :/ and i havent gotten to dump those to save and back em up to somewhere safe.

oh also would you know anything about how to install splashes on the anemone? i got two splashes here and couldn't find information on how to install them.

When I go to boot dsi menu plus plus launcher, I can get to the nds welcome screen and then my n3ds turns off. Not quite sure what could be causing that.

Didn't want to waste creating a new post just for this so:

1) What are the chances of getting banned? Most guides I've read just had me disable a setting in spotpass and friends settings, but is that enough? Can I also add friends and use spotpass normally with the disabled settings? If I WERE to get banned, would it affect any friends I've added to play games with?

2) as long as I don't cheat, is online play fairly safe? Can I still play online with friends and other players that are playing physical copies of games on unmodded systems?

3) how are Pokemon games on cfw? My girlfriend wants me to hack her 3ds and she plays the Pokemon games. Will she still be able to safely play any of the Pokemon games (online, trading, etc) between other players? Can I trade Pokemon with her using a backup copy of Pokemon to her physical copy? (Not actually cheating or hacking to get them of course)

4) with the new switch Pokemon games coming, is it safe to bet that i could trade Pokemon off a backup 3ds copy of the game, to the switch game? I've read in the past of users not being able to transfer or do other things with "hacked" Pokemon, but as long as I play the actual game without cheating or hacking should be ok, right?

5) Regarding cheating (NOT Pokemon related), would it be safe to cheat in my own personal OFFLINE games, or would that risk getting banned as well? (Mario 3d land cheats to moon jump, infinite lives, etc)

I know it's alot of questions but I figured just asking about banning in general wasn't enough to fulfill my curiosity about the subject. Lol.

Hi guys I need help, my 3ds wont recognize my 64GB memory card, and when I tried plugging it to the laptop it ask me to format, and I have a nand back up when i was doing the CFW for luma back when my New 3ds FW was11.3 if I am not mistakin , so what can I do now? should I just format my memory card? but now my 3ds is on 11.7 and still have access to Luma Chainloader and GodMode9 please help.

Are you using an SD adapter? If you can, try reading it on your PC without the adapter. Don't format your card, as you'll lose your data.

I am using an adpater and a card reader both is asking me to format my memory card, by the way I have a NAND back up of my N3DS when I was following the guide back when my N3DS was on FW 11.3 can I format my memory card and then use GODMODE9 to restore NAND?

I restored my N3DS with my 11.4 nand back up and I got an error unsupported launcher so I just copied the boot the back up of my N3DS to the SD card and I am back now to 11.4 and I updated it to 11.7 again.

Yes. If it is a different region to your console you may need to use freeShop.
